CONDITION — PLEASE READ
The brakes require attention before the bike can be ridden safely. A brake bleed was attempted but could not be completed because the bleed-port bolt heads are stripped. Further assessment is needed to establish the repair required. The bike is currently not ready to ride. ( because the brakes do not work )
The motor’s outer casing has a cosmetic scratch, which has been spray-painted over with black paint and is no longer readily visible. No effect on performance has been reported.
The seat has a small scuff. A new seat can be fitted before collection for an additional £10. Alternatively, supply your own replacement seat and we will fit it at no additional charge.
KIT AND BATTERY
The motor kit and battery were supplied by the original customer when they commissioned Lively to build the bike; these components were not originally supplied by us ( Lively E-Bike ). No additional commercial warranty is offered on the kit or battery with this sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
USE
For use on private land with the landowner’s permission only. This 3000W conversion does not meet UK requirements for a road-legal electrically assisted pedal cycle. The speed-limit switch does not make it road legal.
ONLINE CARD PAYMENTS — COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS
If purchasing online by card, the purchaser must attend collection and bring valid photographic ID matching the name entered at checkout. The photograph must match the person collecting.A driving licence showing the checkout billing address and postcode is preferred. A passport is also accepted, accompanied by separate proof of the checkout billing address, as passports do not show an address.
ID is checked for payment and collection verification. Any necessary verification records retained will be handled securely and shared only where necessary with the relevant bank or payment provider in connection with a payment dispute or chargeback, or where legally required.
