Lively Ebike sells electric bike conversion kits (1500W–3000W, 52V–72V), batteries (72V 20Ah–30Ah), offroad-style throttles, and prebuilt electric bikes.
Prebuilt bikes are intended for off-road and private land use only. They are not road-legal unless used with the road-legal switch, which limits speed and power to meet local regulations.
Bikes exceeding 250W or 20 mph speed limits are not legal for public road use.
Customers acknowledge that any use of bikes on public roads is entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

To avoid time wasters, a deposit is required before scheduling a test ride of any prebuilt bike.
Deposits are held until the test ride is completed.
Customers must provide payment or valuable collateral (e.g., phone) during test rides.
If the customer purchases the bike after the test ride, the deposit will be applied to the total price. The remaining balance must be paid before taking ownership.
If the customer declines purchase, the deposit will be refunded in full, provided the bike is returned in the same condition.
Lively Ebike reserves the right to withhold deposits if the bike is returned damaged or not returned.

Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay on our website.
For in-person purchases or custom orders, Lively Ebike may accept direct bank transfers or cash.
Payment must be cleared before goods are shipped or delivered.
Lively Ebike reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment.

Due to the nature of our business, no refunds or returns are accepted at this time.
