Shipping Policy

Lively Ebikes is based in East London, United Kingdom, and primarily ships within the UK. International orders may be accepted at our discretion.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom-built items require additional preparation time before dispatch.

Working days refer to Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

2. Batteries

48V–52V Batteries

  • Dispatched via FedEx

  • Tracking provided the next working day after dispatch

  • Delivery: Next working day once shipped
     

72V Custom Batteries

  • Built to order

  • 3 working days build time before dispatch

  • Dispatched via Royal Mail

  • Delivery: Estimated 8 working days after dispatch

  • Tracking provided once the item has been dispatched

Estimated total timeframe: approximately 11 working days from order to delivery.

3. Conversion Kits

2000W 52V (UK Stock)

  • Dispatched from UK warehouse

  • Tracking provided the next working day

  • Delivery: 1–2 working days
     

1500W 52V, 2000W 72V & 3000W 72V Kits

  • Dispatched from international stock

  • Tracking provided after processing

  • Delivery: Estimated 8 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on courier operations.

4. International Orders

International orders may be accepted at our discretion.

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are sent under standard international delivery terms (DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means that any import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

In many cases, shipments may clear without additional charges. However, Lively Ebikes cannot control or guarantee customs decisions made by local authorities.

If customs charges are applied, payment may be required before delivery is completed.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.

5. Tracking Information

You will receive:

  1. Order confirmation email

  2. Dispatch confirmation with tracking details

Please allow time for courier tracking systems to update after receiving your tracking number.

6. Delivery Responsibility

In accordance with UK consumer law, goods remain the responsibility of Lively Ebikes until delivered to the customer.

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged, or

  • Does not arrive within the expected timeframe

Please contact us within 48 hours and provide relevant details or images where applicable.

We will investigate with the courier and provide a suitable resolution where appropriate.

7. Collection & In-Person Services

Lively Ebikes operates from East London.

For customers booking in-person bike services or collections:

  • A deposit may be required

  • Full meeting details are provided after deposit confirmation for security purposes
