Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. No international shipping is available at this time.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

• Batteries are shipped primarily via Evri (for larger batteries) and FedEx (for certain 52V batteries).

• Conversion kits are shipped mostly through UPS or DPD.

• Offroad throttles are sent via Royal Mail.

• Prebuilt eBikes are either delivered by car/van or available for customer collection.

Shipping Times

• Batteries: Approximately 12–15 days (including 2-3 days production and testing time).

• Conversion Kits: Usually 5–8 business days.

• Throttles: 2–3 business days via Royal Mail.

• Prebuilt eBikes: Delivery times vary; collection is available.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders shipped within the UK.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once tracking information is available from our suppliers or couriers, we will send the tracking details to you.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
We strive to keep you updated on your order status. If there are any issues with your shipment, we will notify you as soon as possible. Once tracking details are provided, customers are expected to monitor their shipment through the courier’s tracking system. If you have concerns, please contact us via Instagram, TikTok, or email.

Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is not offered directly by Lively E-Bike. Responsibility for lost or damaged packages lies with the courier or supplier.
